OFFSET PRESSES

Our printing horsepower comes in both models: UV and conventional presses. Our 40-inchers are 4- and 6-color presses all with coaters. Each is complete with automation that allows us to change 6 plates in a minute and 30 seconds (Guinness world record still pending), receive CIP files directly to the presses for accurate and efficient color make-readies. Our 4-color Press also perfects 1/1 or 2/2 allowing us to be ridiculously competitive on 1- and 2-color work. And, fully G7 Certified.

1-6 COLORS

Color your thinking with classic PMS blends, Metallics, Pastels, Day Glo or go CMYK for zillions (ok, millions of choices) in conventional and UV inks. Ask us about profiling your corporate colors for the ultimate in color consistency.

Our 4-color 40” Heidelberg is a perfecting press, allowing us to print both sides of the sheet in one pass for the ultimate efficiency and competitiveness. We can print 1/1 or 2/2 in one pass, which allows us to be massively competitive on 1- and 2-color work making it ideal for bookwork, newsletters and direct mail. Perfecto.

DIECUTTING

Add impact, interest and re-shape their thinking. From 8.5 x 11 to 40-inch sheets, from pocket folders, packaging, mailers and CDs to business cards. Ask us about all of our standing dies to help you keep your costs down. We will convert your project into something to die for (so to speak).

FOLDING AND GLUING

The finishing touch. We are sticklers for, well for… everything. We’ll fold and glue perfectly, and make sure that everything fits just right. Crisp edges, precise alignment and smooth seals—the details that matter. We are sticklers sticking to our stickler ways.

FUGITIVE GLUING

We know “fugitive gluing” sounds like a new-fangled way to fight crime, but actually, it’s a process that provides a much finer finish to sealing and affixing items. Plus, it’s much more economical than tabbing.

BINDERY

At Focus 33, you are bound for glory. We have complete bindery, cutting, folding, stitching, scoring, perfing, collating, drilling, padding, shrink wrapping, hand assembly and kitting capabilities.

EMBOSSING AND FOIL STAMPING

This is where a project goes from “like” to true love. We’ll work with you to get the best possible results based on the image and the stocks you desire. Our embossing and foil stamping press delivers the apex in finishing.

STOCHASTIC AND FM SCREENING

This is where Pressman Pete earns his way on to your Christmas card list. We recommend this magic when you have gradations or vignettes in your designs. Let us help you to determine if your project would look better with Stochastic or FM screening.

HAND-ASSEMBLY

Not everything can be, or should be, put together by a machine. We have second shift hand-assembly areas for doing all of the complicated projects that need extra care and attention. From intricate hand-folding and gluing to complicated affixing or tying ribbons, we take on your project and are hands-on about making it something special.

WAREHOUSING

Keep it at our place. We have room to store your inventory. For our clients, we’ll make room, we’ll provide insured, controlled and secured storage, plus online inventorying in real time.

DROP SHIPPING

Drop that responsibility on us. We can take your kits, packages, boxes, or inventory and make sure it gets exactly where you need it to be, exactly when you need it to be there. You’ll receive tracking info in real-time so you can just sit back and watch the magic happen. We’re online with Fed X and UPS as well as many LTL shippers.
